Nice services on the Southbound M5, usual selection of eateries and shops you get at service stations to choose from. Not much grass outside for walking your dog which is a bit of a let down.

Nice small service All clean and good people around Bought some coffee from WH Smith (machine- star-bug - little cold other thn that ) Good customer service from Burger King - Good service and staffs good !

Just popped in to buy some diesel and chocolate at what would be the expected high prices and weariness usual at motorway services. What a fabulous surprise! Two female staff absolutely brilliant pointed out a good deal on chocolate and made a beautiful hot chocolate with marshmallows. The place is named the welcome break and the staff attitude was the very embodiment of that!

We normally stop at these services for a coffee and a bite to eat. This time we went into WHSmith and had the misfortune of encountering the most torn faced and rude article you could ever meet. Seems like she hated everyone and everything and was quite happy to let everyone know, in a non verbal fashion.

Perfect little service station! Toilets were clean and well maintained, and the parking was simple. Picked up food from KFC - our order came out fairly quickly and was great, the staff were lovely and the amount of indoor seating is amazing! Wasn't super busy which was an added bonus.

We broke down and managed to limp to the services. Staff were helpful in waivering the fine due to breakdown which they offered without request when we tried to pay since over the two hour limit. There is a caravan parking section on the south bound side, quiet when we arrived but I suspect it would fill quickly on summer weekends. Fuel was expensive even for motorway so we never topped up their choosing to go elsewhere. Cant comment on northbound services.

First time I've visited this services & I've passed it several times. Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. Decent facilities but the layout is a little awkward as its quite a walk to get to fast food etc.

Had over night stay. Used shower. There is only one. Needed a good clean but no squeegee to wipe around floor. A little disappointed but if locked and cleaned regularly would stop again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Still overpriced in shops, good food by courtesy of KFC or Burger King. With food voucher and parking, it was OK .
