I did my first bottomless brunch on the 14th of October. I came here with two of my friends for a late birthday meal/drinks. The food was amazing ! We ordered Calamari for a starter - two portions it was that good ! Two of us had the shack stack burger which had a great jerk mayo sauce in it as well as the beef burger being so juicy. My other friend ordered the chicken burger which she had no complaints about. We ordered two portions of spiced fries which were very nicely seasoned but unfortunately , my friend couldn't say the same for the sweet potatoes fries. We ordered plenty of drinks which were delicious except for the classic mojito which had too much mint as well as a green drink we had which I don't remember the name but it was not great. I would tell people that need to note that the bottomless brunch doesn't include the small plates or sides mentioned earlier so you'll need to pay extra for that. I would like to say huge thank you to Lorena who served me and my friends! Excellent service from her as she made sure we were looked after and took a group photo of us, which we deeply appreciated :)

We had a fantastic Turtle Bay experience! The food was absolutely delicious and there was a great atmosphere 👌 We loved the 2 for 1 cocktails and were made to feel so welcome by the staff! We especially loved our server Lorena who made us feel so welcome and gave some great cocktail suggestions too! Definitely will be back to Turtle Bay!

Here for a bottomless brunch. The drinks were excellent, and the service is noticeably quicker if your table can agree on a round of the same cocktail. However, even when we mixed options, it was still pretty speedy. Service and food were good, but I deducted a few points on the fried chicken, as it was a little bit dry and not the best cuts of chicken. The rest of the food was excellent.

Went on bank holiday Monday, late afternoon wasn’t too busy but later picked up, the service from Cora was amazing , she was so welcoming and had patience for me when ordering and throughout the dinning experience,as I had a very lively 4 year old and a 3month old baby, I would say perhaps daytime it can be a kid friendly place, food was good, except the desert .. the brownies was terrible so dry and the ice cream had practically melted by the time it reached the table, but I would still dine here again just won’t order desert lol the salmon was good and my sister had something which I’ve forgotten but said was very good lol and the portions were good, the highlight for me was definitely Cora, good customer service will always have you coming back and I will be . Oh and the kids meal portion was very very generous

Me and my wife had wonderful evening at Turtle bay. Food was delicate we ordered BBQ Ribs and Grill down with Virgin Kolado. My daughter loved the atmosphere and all lightings. Lovely guy Richi waited us and helped us through food selections since i have several allergies. Totally recommend this place.

Love Turtle Bay. The staff are so friendly and the music is awesome. The food was great but the duck wraps were very spicy. We were there for Happy Hour which was even better. Such a great place to eat and meet and drink.

Happy hour is a great offer, food is good however very small portion. I had a garlic chilli prawns and on my plate I had only four for almost £10. I was expecting a little more:/)

This establishment has gone really down hill. It appears that both the bar staff and the management are allowing undesirables into the premises and encouraging their wrongful activities. Women are allowed to be accosted by male clients and the bar staff or security will not intervene. It’s such a shame that a once promising restaurant, has completely failed in it services and values. Avoid at all costs.

Place is located very strategically at one of the entry points of Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre. On entering you are immediately attracted to the quirky decor, followed by a friendly and hospitable bar man/ host. <br/>The restaurant is almost always full and has light and soothing music playing with no unnecessary distractions. <br/>The bar menu is extensive. I tied the Red Stripe beer on tap as well as the Tobago Tea cocktail. Both were amazing. Cocktail was amazing. <br/>For food I ordered the Kingston chicken toastie and the Trinidad chicken curry. Both dishes had great presentation and were served in good time. Food was very flavoursome and being from India, the spices were perfect and not bland. <br/>I will definitely visit this place each time Im around.

This one really ticks all the boxes - cocktail, food, service and ambiance. Really busy during the weekends, so definitely not for walking in, you have to book a table. The goat curry is my favourite. Very colourful, cheerful place, will change your mood when you had a tiring week. Service is excellent.

Delicious food. Very busy; prefer to take away. Best Caribbean establishment around; although slightly overpriced than other Caribbean take away's; it's worth it as you do get served (Chicken Breast) that's what you want. Most Caribbean take away's I have been to only serve leg & thigh. Best West Indian Food Around Yuummmm!!!!!!!!!

Really nice place, and especially great food!!! I love it! It's tasty, spicy and different from what you usually find in London. I have been there many times, for aperitifs or dinners. The only thing is that it's always full - it's hard to find a table and sometimes they don't even make an effort to help you with that. It's also quite noisy, you have to speak loud and I don't like it. Overall, my vote is high because food is the most important thing.

food I have to say it is really taste and the vibe it is nice too. maybe bit expensive and pretended to be more than its real value. overall had few quite good experiences but you really need to book way to long in advance to get a table.

The atmosphere, decor and cocktails were amazing. However the food was not up to scratch as it was not authentic Caribbean food. They made a number of mistakes on there menu, which they should of done there research on. I would not go back for dinner, however I would go for drinks.
