Great coffee and place to people watch. The staff here are amazing! So polite even when the lady in front was complaining about her change being 20p short... the girls smiled and solved the problem quickly without any thanks! I shall come back for sure.

I’ve always had good service and well made drinks from this particular Starbucks. Often use it when visiting the nearby Bluebell Railway. The store is on Sainsburys but as well as being able to access it from inside there is also a separate door for those not wanting to go into the shop.

I popped in to get a coffee on a busy Saturday morning when there was a long queue of people waiting for drinks. I told a member of staff that I’d have to leave the coffee to get to the train station on time. Moments later a member of staff came running out with my coffee - I didn’t expect this at all but it was a very kind and warm gesture. Thank you! I do appreciate it :)

I enjoy my free time with the blond rost flat white from Starbucks East Grinstead.
The personal is very polite and bring a smile on my face every time I come here.
It is clean and well organized.

Handy for a coffee if you are waiting at Sainsbury's but not much atmosphere. If it's sunny there are a few seats outside next to the car park.
I don't think I would choose to go there just for coffee, there ar much nicer places in East Grinstread.

A small but cosy and friendly branch, oddly located inside a Sainsbury's supermarket (it has its own little door at the side though). A surprisingly peaceful refuge from all the bustle of the main shop, even a couple of days before Christmas.

Really liked my first visit in since they new looked the place with a full refit. Very good coffee. Cheaper and better than Costa Latte. Great decor. Loved the Jungle Room corner especially. With animal and rainforest prints and super comfy chairs. Very good polite staff. Great service. Friendly, helpful and polite. Very clean place. Well maintained. Good staff who go the extra mile. Great atmosphere. Mostly I loved my cups of coffee there. Will definitely go again more regularly. Very good consistently well made coffee. Food nice and hot, well cooked.
