Lovely friendly staff, always attentive and chatty! Would recommend as a regular coffee spot, lots of comfy seating too.

My go to in East Grinstead when I'm on my own, for a coffee & sometimes a snack. Very comfortable for singles & couples/groups alike. Staff are all very friendly. Dog friendly. Nice place to pass 20 mins with very nice coffee.

Best chain coffee shop however on this occasion visiting, only two members of staff serving a queue out the door, very polite when served however.

Coffee was good, staff were a little hard work as they seemed to be a little annoyed at having a que of people to serve. They took my order twice, the coffee was warm hot but not the normal hit so it was drink it quick or it would be cold quickly. The food was ok but the chicken pesto slice had 2 small chunks of chicken in and that was it. I would say I may go back but sorry no rush to go back after paying Iver £15 for 2 warm coffees a sausage roll and pesto slice.

Nero is my favourite café chain because dogs are welcome. At the East Grinstead shop staff are always polite and pleasant and I always see how well the staff manager encourages and truly cares for her staff.

Great to find a coffee shop open somewhere that doesn't require us to consume in a car park! Situated in East Grinstead on a quaint High Street. Friendly service. Good coffee. Yummy cakes!
