I ordered Family Meal ( E) ,
it was collection and when i arrived home 3 burgers were missing . I called them 3 times but nobody answered my call. In this zero temperature you spend 15 minutes standing in the queque and when you arrive your home and your food is not as you ordered . Believe me its not easy to bear....i will give them no stars.
My issue was rectified by the management so i gave them 5 stars.
If you tell them to fry the chips well, they will do as you say. This branch is the best one out of all the other Papa's Chicken branches. I would definitely recommend this place!
The chicken wings are the best!! - Tasty and chunky. Their chips are decent. Their burgers are really good and to a reasonable portion. Their service is alright and they don’t take card which is not dodgy at all(!)
To be honest I have never had Papas till recently but I have to say they do give Chicken Cottage a good competition in terms of franchises.
The food there is good, the prices are decent, however there is probably only one problem that occurs for everyone. The speed of the workers/employees arent as fast as others would be in a Chicken and Chip shop. The workers do work at their own pace but that pace sometimes takes a bit too long. Other than that, the place is good to get food from.
I went there last night at 11.10pm. Inside the oven, fullbof chicken, chips were ready, lighting perfect, speed amazing, i thanked them. It took them maybe 20 seconds to get my relatively big order ready at a very fair price. I advicate my staff at Bell pharmacy to be like your staff, young quick, no ifs no buts. Thanks for being open and thanks for your oven be full at this time of night. Other fast food shops, it takes them 10 minutes to make something ready. Love you guys

Go here for lunch every now and then and always enjoy the food. Generally clean and good service. Reasonable seating space but doors constantly being left open by customers get's annoying n the colder months.
