First time we have been to this place since 14years ago when the locals were using each other as dart boards!! Thankfully it is now a great establishment with fantastic food and service with a welcoming decor, now makes us wish we still lived in East Hendred Village!

This is a great place to come for lunch. The landlord is very welcoming, hospitable and sociable. He is very engaged with all his guests. We were a group of 6 friends and ordered a range of dishes. The salmon main courses were delicious as was the chicken schnitzel. The food looked very fresh and well presented. The rather naughty desserts were delicious! The ice cream and summer fruit compote was perfect and we also enjoyed the chocolate mousse and the sticky toffee pudding. We wish this was our local - sadly not and we will be back.

We managed to book a table at the last minute, due to a cancellation, which was great! Highly recommend booking - a very popular local pub, with lovely local charm, in the beautiful setting of East Hendred village. An open fire place in Winter, outdoor seating in Summer. Free parking behind the pub. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. Meals are creative and beautifully presented. Thank you and well done Eyston Arms Team - we'll be back soon :)

First visit to this attractive country pub. Old exposed beams and tons of character with a warm welcome received from the landlord. The food was excellent with a good selection. Presentation and quality were also very good. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

We picked this pub based on it's menu as we were visiting nearby. It turned out to be Phenomenal! Superb food, well staffed with well trained, happy people all under Daisy the landlady who never stopped. Already planning our next visit.

The very tall barman was exceptional, professional and natural at the same time. Really enjoyed the food and laughed a lot in the bar. Only note is for experience staff to show the new staff rather than take over. We All need to learn somewhere

First visit with a friend and 2 dogs. Was blown away at the friendliness and ambience of the pub. The very friendly and knowledgeable staff were a pleasure. Then came the most excellent food and glass of very good rose. All at what I considered a fair price. Highly recommend.

Great food, really great food. Good service - was quite quiet, staff were really friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was nice, we were outside in the sun which helped. Would definitely recommend it for lunch.

Visited during my stay at the nearby Muster Point Campsite after a long day of hiking. Staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was impeccable. Great atmosphere, great food, and great beer.
