Ordered dinner at 6:05 for collection at 6:30. Have ordered before and collection time was accurate. Arrived at 6:25. Was waiting with 4 just eat drivers who had all waited more than 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes for my food (after the collection time). The hostess was great, run off her feet and always had a smile/polite comment to make. Clearly understaffed which is a shame as the food is 10/10. Was offered 50% off for my wait. Would rather have had no waiting time and paid full price to be honest.

Had a beautiful lunch there with a friend n both meals delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful and seemed to be the only one there. She gave us and all the other tables a wonderful service. We had lunchtime special and will definately go back again.

Arrived 4.20 was very quiet and server escorted us to a 2 seater table at the door to balcony which was also on middle of walkway. I requested a booth, which we were given. Drinks and food ordered. Starter lovely although we had a bit of a wait. Then we waited for our mains, and waited and waited and waited some more. After an hour a server came up saying sorry for wait our mains would be with us shortly. So we waited and waited and waited again. When eventually the mains arrived piping hot they were lovely. I then asked for the bill and it was wrong so we waited for correct bill and waited and waited and waited. Eventually I had to go to till and ask for it. Was told they couldn't find my online booking for my bill. Strange that. They were able to book us in when we arrived with the online booking. Just saying.

our waiter was jonathan and he absolutely made our experience. the food was great as was the atmosphere but he was absolutely fantastic. he had us laughing and chatting away and is an asset to the restaurant.

We just had a great meal, service was fantastic, s you r guy and girl served us snd were amazing with my kids and so friendly. Food was lovely and it was a lovely experience generally. Will be back.

Visited for our niece's 18th birthday celebration. We were served by Jonathan, a very attentive, friendly and efficient member of staff. The restaurant was very busy and our meal took a while to arrive however Jonathan keep us updated. The food was lovely, everyone enjoyed their meal and had a lovely evening.
The length of wait for our meal was the only reason for 4 star rather than 5.

On arrival the restaurant was very quiet.
We ordered drinks, 20 minutes wait for them to arrive.
Service was good, a young man was very friendly.
The meals were OK, I ordered the bruschetta pomodoro which was tasteless, very little seasoning.
My main meal I ordered the lasagne, better but not great.
Our food was dumped in front of us by a red haired lady wearing a blue flowery blouse, she needs to work on her customer service, a smile and "enjoy your food" wouldn't go a miss.

Had a very enjoyable Saturday evening, all three courses were superb, a very relaxed dad and son time, all made better by the efficient and extremely pleasant service of our waiter Jonathan, 5 stars for manner and humour.

Very nice service, very friendly, very helpfull. I recommend the pizza quattro formaggio with anjovis. Next time be sure you have capers, it can't be not present in the Italian kitchen ;-)
Across the street they sell it at lidl ;-)
