Amazing hotel in a beautiful location right across from beautiful Bushy Park and Hampton Court. The rooms were spacious and spotless with really nice decor - we loved the quirky art work. Breakfast had a great choice of cooked to order dishes as well as cereals and pastries etc in a buffet. The bar was fab and served a great selection of cocktails which we happily sampled. The staff, however, were really what made the difference. They were all so pleasant and chatty, always smiling and the service was brilliant. It felt like such a personable hotel - not at all like a typical London hotel. Would love to go back - we had a perfect stay - thank you so much!

I only went in for a quick cider and bothered a gent who later turned out to be on his break for a lighter. He went to the ends of earth to find one for me. Tall with short black hair - five stars for his help :)
Stopped in for lunch with friends. Have lived nearby all my life, but have not been before. Had a selection of snacks to share. Calling what we had 'snacks' doesn't do the food justice. It was all really nice, and quantity wise, easilly enough to class as a main meal. The host was great too. Very friendly and welcoming. All in all, it was an experience we all enjoyed. We've all agreed, we'll be going again.

We stayed for one night in a very comfortable room. The staff (Rachel, Gertrude and Cally) were helpful and accommodating, particularly appreciated as we were with our young son. Breakfast was excellent. The location is right across from Bushey Park is convenient and pleasant - road noise is inaudible inside, while we were able to go into this beautiful park through just crossing the street. Recommended
Wonderful experience. Had a meal here with my father who is in a wheelchair and the staff were attentive and incredibly accommodating. Made us feel very much at home and the food was superb too. Would highly recommend.
Had a lovely stay at the Kings Arms Hotel, the staff were so friendly and polite it was so welcoming. The local area was stunning when it eventually stopped raining!
The room I stayed in was cosy, very clean and had the most beautiful furniture and amenities.
Would 100% recommend for anyone trying to get away from the London hustle and bustle.
Breakfast was delicious and you have a choice between fresh foods or a cooked breakfast. I had a full fry up which was included in the price ☺️
Located near Hampton court palace, I have passed this hotel many times but never been in so thought I’d give it a try. Sadly there was a full on christening party going on inside and I felt like a gate crashed, even in the bar, so I quickly bought a wine and sat outside. The bar/ restaurant area looked very nice. They also stocked my favourite type of wine, Viognier, which is not so easy to get in bars so I was impressed with that. Not so much the nearly £10 for the glass though! London prices?? 🤷♂️ The outside seating area was nice and would have been lovely in the sun but it was overcast. Worth going back though.
Fantastic Stay Joanne the manager is priceless, all the staff are chatty and fantastic. Second time I have stayed at The Kings Arms.
This time with my family and we booked the family suite Double Bed and bunk beds for the kids in a seperate room, Great bathroom with big bath and shower. Breakfast was fabulous and cooked fresh to order. Have recomended the hotel to friends and clients alike 10/10
