Lovely tasty fresh cooked lunch of cheese omelette, and chicken and salad. Food was very fresh, the staff were attentive and very friendly and helpful. Very varied menu, great choices if u fancy something different to the traditional fish and chips .I have it on good authority that this is the best fish and chip restaurant in Eastbourne. Def one not to miss on your next visit.
Ate here last Saturday afternoon, 16th September 2023. Best fish and chips we've had for years at a really reasonable price. Cod and chips x 2. I think it was the owners son who served us, really nice guy, couldn't do enough to please us and had a really nice friendly manner. Highly recommended and the best fish and chips in Sussex. This little fish and chips shop was a very delightful experience.
After a long days walking along the Seven Sisters cliff we were all famished and looking for a local place in Eastbourne for lunch and ended up here following the online reviews, and we were certainly not disappointed, treated with hot and freshly prepared lunch. Their fish and chips were crispy, cooked perfectly and not oily at all. They gave a good portion size with very reasonably prices. The table service was quick and friendly and helpful staff. The cup of tea was just right as well. Would definitely recommend stopping here if you want to experience good quality, authentic English sea side cuisine and hospitality.
Our second visit and quality, freshness of fish and chips was same as the first time. We had a fish and chips in few other places around Eastbourne but this place beats them all.

where on first visit very polite young gentleman and on second visit young lady were serving us with smile.
We felt very welcomed.
Every now and then after long Birling Gap stroll we will definitely visit Pedro’s.

We were on holiday in Eastbourne and we wanted to have fish and chip's. When we are away over the weekend we like to have fish and chip's on a Sunday but Pedro's is closed on Sunday's so I said to my Husband we could try another chip shop but he wanted to try Pedro's and i'm glad we waited until Monday as the fish and chip's were lovely and well worth the price. Will visit again if we're ever back in Eastbourne.
We went here for lunch and we both had the large cod fish n chips. The fish was perfectly cooked without an excessive amount of batter and the fries were also well done. We would highly recommend this restaurant for a great meal at very reasonable prices!

Best fish and chips in Eastbourne. Well cooked very hot. Very pleasant staff, nice and clean, couldn't fault it.
Disappointed with portion size of takeaway chips. Maybe due to fact my obviously young kids came in and paid they gave small portions, but if that's a normal portion size then there are other places that offer more value for your money. Shame as my kids said it looked a nice place.
Very friendly staff and atmosphere, took a few restaurants to find probably the best in eastbourne, fresh fish and not dripping in oil like our previous fish and chip shop in Beatty rd
