Literally cannot fault this place. Friendliest staff you will ever meet, delicious food, amazing value for money. Went there for dinner last night and mentioned I was disappointed salt and pepper squid wasn't available as it's my favourite. 10 minutes later the waiter bought me a massive plate of it, freshly cooked just for me! Was gobsmacked (and yes, it was out of this world good!)
we go here regularly and we have never had reason for any complaint , the service is better than anything you could imagine and the food is always fresh and delicious would recommend to everyone
Opinions about this place are mixed. The service is quite good, the waiters are very friendly. But regarding the taste of food - a big minus. Almost everything we tried was with sweet sauce or smelled of old sunflower oil. As for desserts, we liked them in tall glasses (not in a heart-shaped glass!) and biscuit cake.
We were there for the first time, but we will definitely not go there again.
In general, not bad, perhaps for an amateur.

Been here twice, and I have no issues with the food. I’m a foodie and I go hard when it comes to food so I would definitely recommend here to anyone. I’ve seen some mixed reviews but all I can say is that it’s all good on my ends.
This is a busy buffet Chinese restaurant. It does have a good range of dishes. Most of the food is in good condition. The staff are very helpful. Drink average prices. Overall: good value and reasonable quality.
We went there for lunch, opens at 11:30am. As an asian, it passed my taste. Elements are there, sweet, sour, savoury. Price is justifiable, staff are very friendly and attentive,
This is the first time I had buffet in the UK.
The New Buffet Time does not have many choices nor expensive dishes. But as a Hongkonger, I’m very happy to eat so many Asian dishes at one time with a fair price (drinks not included).
Today’s champion is the salt-and-pepper shrimp. Sweet and tasty. And you must try the crispy fried chicken chop too. Crispy outside and juicy inside. My focus is on the sushi, which is always expensive to eat here. There are two kinds of soups: hot and sour soup and corn soup. They surprised me. Very local Hong Kong style. I like their cake too. Soft and not too sweet.
I miss my home very much. Feeling a relief, this meal made me very satisfied. So I give them full marks.
Nice ambience, fresh food, variety of foods and overall it’s excellent with staff service and the quality.
I've really got no complaints. We ate for £16.99 which is a pound less for seniors on Mondays including an alcoholic drink and all the soft drinks you want.
I wasn't expecting much because Chinese takeaways in hailsham are poor.
I had 3 plates and I was stuffed. Loads of choice and I really liked the crispy Seaweed, Mushrooms, Ribs, Szechuan chicken and Hong Kong chicken, which is on the bone. Sweet and sour chicken and Kung Po chicken were really tasty. Rice and noodles were good. Couldn't try everything but it all looked good to me.
Service was friendly and atmosphere I suppose depends on who is in there. It wasn't full.
Paying upfront doesn't bother me.
I think I just really like trying lots of different dishes. It makes it more interesting and enjoyable.
A great range of chinese food, all you can eat buffet. Some people find it surprising about having to pay up front but we found this much easier as we could simply pay at the start, eat and not have to hang around trying to get a waiters attention to pay the bill. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Highly recommended!
Was very busy as it was a Friday night, we got seated upstairs. Our server was polite and attentive. Huge choice of food, all nice and hot. I have nothing to complain about.
Bit loud in there ,food is nice but sometimes not stocked up enough ,and the dessert i would say only has the chocolate fountain going for it . But dont get me wrong the service was nice staff are lovely . And they have karoke upstairs.
