Great coffee shop with good snacks and few hot meals

A hidden gem. Been visiting Eastbourne for years and never walked down this road. Had coffee last week, and today cheese and ham toastie, served with crisps and garnish. Excellent food and friendly service. Thoroughly recommended and it will now be my regular place for coffee and lunch.

A very pleasent restaurant part of the trinity trees church in the eastborne town. Coffee was very good. Staff pleasent and helpful. Didn't eat this time, but hope to go back soon to investigate what they have to offer.

Would never have found this place if it wasn't for friends of ours taking us, but I am SO glad we did. Best place in Eastbourne for breakfast or a quick snack. It's modern, clean, well-staffed, and comfortable with much-appreciated free WiFi. Best hot chocolate I've ever had. We got a traditional English breakfast, a cheese scone, and coffee cake, which was scrumptious. Food is obviously prepared with care and it's all delicious.
