Good burgers,also the chicken strips are very good.
I think is much better then McDonald's ,Food is tasty.
The waffels &ice cream desert was a bit hard,maybe if was a bit soft would been much better.

We had a fab quick lunch today beginning from the helpful manager directing me to my family who had gone upstairs. The service from our server Rio was excellent, he got an extra biscuit for my mum after my daughter took hers and gave us a game to occupy my daughter while we waited a short time for our burgers to arrive. We enjoyed our burgers, especially the Quorn burger.
Next door to a McDonald's, Wimpy has much better food, service, and atmosphere. You are treated like a person here. Burger meat looks and tastes more like real meat. I'm glad we came here!
Best Wimpy by far, that I've been to. Awesome staff, polite and respectful. I'm in the area again working, so couldn't resist a return visit, their big boss was in this afternoon and was actually very hands on. Respect.
Visited Wimpy Eastbourne today for lunch. We were greeted as we entered and seated straight away. The young lady brought over menus and told us the daily offers. We ordered our drinks and took time to read the menus.
All the staff were young and very polite & helpful. A second young lady came over and took our food order and after just a short while she brought the food over. All cooked nicely.
The restaurant was clean and the staff were a credit. It’s a much nicer atmosphere than other Wimpys we’ve visited. Well done.
Have been here more than 6 times, and it is always perfect!! Great food, top quality and delicious. Love the menu variety and desserts. The manager is always friendly and working hard, cares about the customers and staff. All waiters/waitresses friendly and quick.
Had lunch today and I have to say that the customer service was absolutely fantastic!! The food was hot and the staff were so friendly! Thank you wimpy for returning to Eastbourne!!
Great to have Wimpy back in Eastbourne again after all these years. Friendly staff and relatively good service (staff were being trained when we visited).
Good sized portions and the deal on the desserts is an absolute steal. BOGOF and they are only £4.65.
I went for the all day breakfast for my main and it could have been slightly better. My fried egg was split and hard.

OK food and an average experience. As the staff are all very young and new, I expect this place to improve over time. That being said, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The manager seemed a bit tense and stressed which weakened the experience. The place is modern and clean.
As this was my first Wimpys I can't compare to other branches, but for the price and the time waiting for the food I can say that it was worth trying once and that's probably enough for me.
