Good burgers,also the chicken strips are very good.
I think is much better then McDonald's ,Food is tasty.
The waffels &ice cream desert was a bit hard,maybe if was a bit soft would been much better.

What an amazing and pleasant experience. Staff are amazing, attentive, great place to come and we will be back! Milkshakes are out of this world, really feels like it hasn’t lost its character from when I used to go when I was a youngster! Well done Wimpy Eastbourne!

Whilst visiting my Sister in Eastbourne on Thursday 14th Sept.'23 Had to visit Wimpy as haven't had one for many years and wanted to see if the HalfPounder now called the double patty quarter pounder. Was just as I remembered it as an 80s child. The burger was spot on. All the staff were great, helpful, friendly and patient as I was asking lots of questions. Young man who served us told us all about specials and how we could get save on the price. We also had the Thick Shakes you haven't tried do. Then I wanted the ice cream but sister did not. Young man again told us they were two for one. So it would of been rude not too try 2 to my self.

We had a fab quick lunch today beginning from the helpful manager directing me to my family who had gone upstairs. The service from our server Rio was excellent, he got an extra biscuit for my mum after my daughter took hers and gave us a game to occupy my daughter while we waited a short time for our burgers to arrive. We enjoyed our burgers, especially the Quorn burger.

Best Wimpy by far, that I've been to. Awesome staff, polite and respectful. I'm in the area again working, so couldn't resist a return visit, their big boss was in this afternoon and was actually very hands on. Respect.

Great food as a treat as a bit pricey, but the service was excellent. The owner/manager was at front of service welcoming and thanking the customers while also helping with the cooking and genuinely seemed to care about his staff as well as the customers, and for this I actually don't mind paying that extra bit.

A guilty pleasure of mine I'll admit! Have nostalgic memories of eating at a Wimpy when a young whippersnapper. However, things have moved on. The food is perfectly acceptable, tasty and served just how I like it.
However, it will hit your bank balance like a lead weight. You won't get much change from a £20 note after a burger, chips and drink.
Service is done....well...its done by very young people for whom this is obviously their first job so don't have a clue about customer service. But they try their best.
Despite my moans, I'll still be coming back for the tasty food and the memories.

You don't expect this from burger chains anymore. Lovely staff, very clean place, fast friendly table service. Wimpy was a part of many peoples teenage years and still provides great veggie options with that classic 'We did it first in the '80's', Spicy Bean Burger, then the Southern Fried Quorn burger, still tasty. Thick vanilla shake too!! Fab nosh as ever. We'll be back for the veggie all-day breakfast!!

Not really a lover of burgers but will eat if I am out and about for quickness. I found the restaurant very clean. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was good. Food not too expensive. All in all a good experience

Next door to a McDonald's, Wimpy has much better food, service, and atmosphere. You are treated like a person here. Burger meat looks and tastes more like real meat. I'm glad we came here!
