We visited Eastbourne for the first time today and had our lunch here. Prompt and friendly service. Lovely tasty and super fresh sandwiches and nice coffee. Friendly staff and good value 👍🏻

Great staff ,only had I sandwich there but it was lovely. But when I am in town me and my partner always go there for a coffee and it's the best in town.

The owner was friendly and quick with the drinks, very reasonably priced considering it's closeness to the seafront.
My cappuccino was as good as they get and my son had a peach drink which he loved.

Lovely cappuccino, sweet - no need for sugar. Perfect taste, lovely chocolate bits on top. Big slice of victoria sponge. Owner very friendly and happy to chat. Will be back!!

Fantastic 'lucky' find on my first quick visit to Eastbourne - amazing coffee and extremely friendly staff/great service.
I was going past quite early Sat am (they were empty), so only wanted a coffee, though menu looked good... when I came back past about 30-45 mins later, all the outside tables were gone, so obviously a popular spot!
Will definitely be back for food, and more of the great coffee 😁

We have visited this place on and off for over 12 years . Always a warm had welcome .we return last week after a 3 year break and the warm welcome was waiting and they continue to serve a really great cup of coffee. Great value and consistently 👍 good 😊

A small friendly cafe. Staff have a welcome smile and serve delicious snacks. Clean and in a good position just off the Promenade near the Pier and Bandstand. Has a regular local clientele which is a good recommendation for me.

Loved the service, food ok, cigar smoker outside didn't care that everyone else is chewing on his exhaled smoke both outside and inside the restaurant.
Recommend the Brookland Fire toasted.
