Not somewhere I ever visit, but needed a late night bite to eat. Had a Plant burger. It was okay, filled a hole, not bad for about £4.50. If I ever need a late night snack again I'd buy another one.

McDonald's in Eastbourne town is a really busy place to visit at peak dining times , usually really busy and lots of people standing waiting for orders. Staff are very organised though working as hard as they can to get through the orders . With always one or 2 floor staff around to clean tables and assist people ..

Was staying in Eastbourne visiting from London. Very busy in here. Just as busy as London! Staff polite, food good. We ate upstairs only complaint was it was extremely hot upstairs. Could do with air conditioning up there.

We had to wait some time to collect our order which was to be expected with the volume of customers.
There was seating available upstairs and the tables were being wiped down hastily when they became free.
Not somewhere I go often but the hot chocolate was hot and rather good.

Inviting welcome easy to use screen transactions; nice waiting for order to be called out. The food is really good and as wanted with good selection and opportunities to give to charity. Please check your items; I had a cup full of crushed ice with little drink, and less dips than I order, I do like the dips,. Will go there again soon
