Well stocked and very clean looking store! Pricing was good and got a few bargains. Unfortunately the cafe looked closed when we came but next time will come earlier to try there great range of cake. Enjoyed our visit and will go again. Better than the Range!
Wow! This store is coming to the end of a massive renovation /refurbishment, café opening soon (15th October I believe). The staff are lovely and seem very happy with what's happening. I can't wait to go back and buy something more than a small rug, which I'm very happy with as it's soft and just what I was looking for, but didn't expect to find.

It has the cleanest and nicest toilets I have been in probably in the last 20 years. So clean!
Also shop is excellent with good quality products and a wide range of them too.
Dunelm have a wide range of products at very reasonable prices that cater for both those who can afford more, as well as those who have to be more thrifty like myself. All their products are excellent quality whichever end of the affordability spectrum we are. I recently visited their store in Eastbourne, one of their larger stores and the staff were friendly and helpful. I found what I wanted in no time.
Beautiful shop, a pleasure to walk round open and airy. Friendly staff. Love places with cafes inside. The best dunhelm I've visited. One of my favourite shops.
I was served on Saturday (26th) by a lovely man called Phillip, when shopping with my mum for a desk and chair.
He was extremely helpful in assisting us - and even very kindly put together the office chair I wanted to buy so that I would not have to assemble it at home (which I would certainly have struggled with, not being gifted at DIY!). It meant I could wheel it out of the shop and start using it straight away.
His help, and excellent service, was very much appreciated. Thank you!
