Lovely pub with great friendly service. The portions were large . However , the soda water was flat. Curry was abit flavoursome . It needed spices and pepper. Seating inside and outside. Karaoke there too. Comfortable seating . Families use the restaurant alot. Fairly cheap meals. Value for money.

This place is a proper old fashioned pub. The landlady Shelly is very welcoming, we had our dogs and they have a hatch to the garden and she served us through their without issue, we had food a cheese and ham ploughman's and a lamb shank both were very tasty, prices were very good and we both felt very welcome. A real little gem of a place with some nice views as well.

It was a Thursday afternoon but it was pleasant and very friendly man behind the bar although I didn't eat there I was impressed with the menu and what some of the customers who had eaten there had to say about the food ,its nice to visit a pub that has stayed a pub

Great food and friendly staff. Home cooked roasts are lovely the restaurant is cosy and you get a warm feeling from it. The pub it's self is great old style wooden beems and it's as cosy as your own living room. Reasonable priced throughout as well. Would definitely recommend the Coppice but I would recommend you book in advance as they do get busy.
