Chocolate Works Lehigh Valley

Today we had an incredible experience when we visited the Chocolate Works store in the Madison Farms shopping center. We were just looking for some dark chocolate to munch on and did not see anything specific to purchase when the owner offered to make us any item we would like to purchase. We decided to wait while she made me an assortment of dark chocolate items. We also decided on a Milk chocolate bar we could give as a gift to a friend and some chocolate coated strawberries for family at home. The care Pat toke to make sure we got what we wanted went way beyond anything we expected when we chanced on entering the store and that kind of customer service is something that will bring us back again and also tell others about the store. We were sure glad we waited because the chocolate is EXCELLENT!. Go visit this store. You will not be disappointed.

What a great experience! Second time here after a wonderful first order a few months ago, I walked in just expecting to pick from what they had because I didn’t preorder anything this time. Well I was greeted by a kind woman who offered to write on a chocolate and throw something a little personal together for me. Chocolate works has both outstanding chocolate and customer service, 10/10 recommend!

I've come in a few times, and have always had a pleasant experience. The owner/staff are always friendly. I went in on my birthday (Nov 23) to pick up a dozen chocolate covered strawberries I ordered and was surprised to find the owner gave me 2 extra (no extra cost). They even managed to get really awesome strawberries out of season. Each one was delicious! Whenever my family is looking for a special treat this is where we will be stopping. I highly recommend.

What an amazing local small business! Truly a one of a kind place. The owner is so kind and went out of his way to help me get a delivery to a family member for a very important birthday even when I called very late in the day. They have beautifully customized gifts and I would highly recommend them!
