Moe's Southwest Grill

Tried to place an order at 930, when the store closes at 10. I was told only a few items were available and the grill was off. If you close at 10 then close at 10. I have worked food retail before. If you're going to close earlier then don't have your hours or preface that the kitchen closes early... Which is wild because all you do is sell food ...if you're open until 10 be open until 10. Serve customers until 10. Otherwise you're going to have frustrated customers

Repeated lack of major food items, Ewww, plus Rude. Each and every time I've visited this location they're unprepared on a major food ingredient...rice, beans, chicken, tofu. At dinnertime. They have the food. They just don't manage warmed supply to demand times. Note to children food workers: it's gross to literally stick your fingers into a customers food to pull out something you mistakenly put in. and You were indignant and offended because the food was denied? Unbelievable. The sarcastic Teen 'manager' was practically a parody on service today. There are plenty of other options out there - take your $ elsewhere.

Ordered two burritos via DoorDash, received one correctly and one was in a salad bowl with no burrito... very strange since it was a “Homewrecker” which is considered their most frequently ordered burrito, yet mine was made incorrectly. They are also written correctly on the receipt. Practically the same except a few ingredients. I usually always choose this location- even talked up Moes to a friend who was reluctant to try tonight, they prefer Chipotle. Thank you for proving them correct. I no longer will order from here.
