Used the room upstairs which was perfect for my daughters 21st. Staff are happy to help and so accommodating. Room looks classy and has great atmosphere. Thank you to all at Pacifica.

We always go for the Sunday family "all u can eat"
£25 a head + drinks where u can have as many starters/mains as u want! The food is lush and cooked to a high standard! Maybe more choice of desserts would be an improvement! Staff are v friendly and the service is fast and efficient!
The restaurant always appears fully booked and busy.
Parking for me is on the train disabled space just at the side so good for blue badge holders! I do know there is a car park very near for other drivers....
I would encourage anyone to go and eat here but be prepared to be full at the end!! 🥠🥡🥣🍤🍥🍽

Visited for Father’s Day and was a very pleasant experience. Felt a tad rushed when ordering the starters etc. Never really got chance to enjoy or savour the food. Wish they had more choices for mains too. All a bit samey.
Service was excellent and very attentive but they just need to slow things down a little.

Lovely place and the food is fantastic. However, I must have been asked 20+ times if I wanted a drink or even water. Which is good, but it becomes a bit of a joke after a while. It is difficult to have a conversation when you are constantly being interrupted. Try and allocate tables to a specific member of staff. Still nice though

Couldn’t fault this place £27.50 for all you eat buffet,not like most where you help yourself,you order what you want and they bring it fresh to your table,safe to say you know that no one has touched your food or cough all over it,food is brought to your table and you can order as much as you like as long as you eat what ever you’ve ordered,it’s the second time our family has been to the restaurant and won’t be the last,fantastic place to eat and enjoyed 😃

Mother's Day lunch with Sister's, Step-Mother, Daughter, niece and Great-niece, Sunday 19th March. Staff were friendly on our arrival, once seated they took our orders. Our orders were not consistent, we had to keep asking where items were. Not impressed. Food was delicious as usual.

Took my 3 grandchildren there for the Sunday Special and they loved it I did as well. Just what teenager's like plenty of choices of different dishes to try,.. unlimited
Yes I would take them there again they thought it was amazing. Book if your going that's a must, the price £25 per person and worth every penny.

Great night for Liz's birthday<br/><br/>Visited Pacifica Cantonese on Friday night and the night was brilliant. Food was great and the staff are perfect. We all had the banquet a, lots of choice and tasty food. It's now under new management but is still run as great. Dave was very welcoming and we can't wait to return. Thank you Pacifica

It was horrendous! We were left standing by the door for 35 minutes despite having reserved a table weeks ago. People who arrived after us and with a booking at the same time were seated ahead of us. When we eventually got a table we were so close to the people next to us it felt like a double date. After one hour we had received one course which was brought out in piecemeal fashion so I didn't even eat at the same time as my husband. I understand a degree of staggering but a 20 minute difference? The one drink we actually got (despite ordering more) the glass smelled really musty hence my ordering another drink that only came as we were leaving. Manager was rude and unapologetic. Ended up walking out and they still wanted us to pay for a full meal!

Great food - pity about the clientele, location and karoke. The food here is really good - no MSG and all presented very well. Staff are attentive. We went with a group of friends and enjoyed a range of dishes, including duck and chicken satay. A very broad menu is on offer.<br/>However, the table was booked for 8.30 and we weren't able to sit down until 9.30, with starters arriving at 9.45. Not great and no offer of drinks to compensate.<br/>The upstairs cocktail bar promised a lot, but the service was very slow and the barmen unfamiliar with what was on offer.<br/>The venue is very stylish - certainly not what we expected for Eccles. However, the other guests were very rowdy: think Shameless meets Snog, Marry, Avoid. If you like the feel of a busy restaurant, then you probably won't mind this.
