Costa used to be one of my favourite coffee places, but lately the service has gone downhill. The staff often chat among themselves instead of taking orders, and several times now I’ve had to return my latte because the syrup I paid for was “forgotten.” Really frustrating and disappointing experience.
Was served by Amelia. I said served she was rude didn’t smile or acknowledge the massive queue waiting whilst she chatted.
