We had the most wonderful Friday Night Dinner for 14 delivered last week. Everything was carefully boxed and labelled and the food was delicious. Incredibly plentiful and lots left over for following day - and the freezer, and distribution to the grandchildren. Amazing value and Adam and Yass were so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We had two fabulous waitresses too - Andrea and Laura - very efficient yet unobtrusive. Couldnt do enough to help on the evening. All in all a great success which we would not hesitate to repeat.

I don't normally write a review whilst still in the restaurant but whilst I'm absolutely blown away I wanted to give credit where credit is due. The food is phenomenal in both quality and quantity- tonight is Valentine's Day and I have both love for my husband and for the incredible food I have just finished. Fine dining at affordable costs, delicious kosher food different to the bog standard schnitzel and shwarma you tend to get in kosher restaurants in London- amazing menu choices. I have no room for dessert but the menu looks tempting... will get dessert next time as I definitely will be back. Aviv, thank you for the best food and service! Consider me a repeat customer. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I generally rate their food and enjoy dining in. Portions are big and decent. BUT I work nearby and we often order Aviv takeaway and my standard order is the chicken avocado salad. 50% of the time one major ingredient is missing and I have to go back for a replacement. Usually it's the avocado, but it has been croutons, the dressing and even once the chicken! It is incredibly frustrating and honestly makes me want to stop ordering. If it's called a chicken avocado salad surely those are the basic ingredients that should be in it?? I'm only leaving this review so the owners will see and ensure that their orders are checked before they're considered ready.

Kosher food served with a frown. I'm told (jokingly I think) that it was extremely friendly for a kosher restaurant. Perhaps, but for someone who frequents a wide range of food outlets I found the staff rude, unhelpful and lazy.<br/><br/>I went on a bank holiday and the staff clearly didn't want to be there. Now that's probably true for most restaurant staff on such a day, but it seems to me that an art of the job should not be to pass those emotions on to your customers.<br/><br/>If you can get past this then you might come for the food. I wouldn't bother though. Had the chopped liver for a starter which as a Jewish boy provided me with a taste of home. I defer here to my grandmother who knows better than me about Jewish cooking. <br/><br/>"Smell it. It should have stronger smell of the liver, this is nice but you donlt get a strong sense of the liver." I agree, my Mum did it better, this tasted exactly like the liver I bought once in Tesco. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if this was out of a packet.<br/><br/>The main dishes are sizable and the meat is quite good. My steak had one too many streaks of fat for my liking but had a fine taste. The choice of rice or chips for each meat dish is hardly classy but I suspect the restaurant knows it's audience. The chicken schnitzel was apparently tasty but was a gigantic flattened affair shaped like a large naan. Odd thing it was.<br/><br/>The deserts were also pretty and tasty, though these were pricey too.<br/><br/>My grandma enjoyed it however. She keeps kosher and doesn't often get to eat meat at restaurants so for this it was worth the visit. Next time I take her out though I'll ask her first if she fancies fish elsewhere...
