Burger Craft are currently in residency at The Green Man.
Burgers were really good - especially The Sombrero which had a really nice kick. I would also recommend the Fully Loaded Dirty Fries - definitely not for the health conscious...but fries with pulled pork, cheese and jalepenos? Come on, whats not to like?!
It has kept its pub feel and is backed up by a superb selection of beers including Twickenham Ales, Meantime, Punk IPA, Camden to name a few

The staff are great and the fish is never soggy, only ever perfectly crisp and fresh.
The chips are incredibly moreish and I usually have to stop myself from filling up on them before I can get to the main event!
After recently trying another fish and chips shop, I remain believing that the Green Man is superior with their food.
Just had fish and chips in here. 9 pound something to eat in, the food was amazing. In my opinion it's worth the money but a deal on this could easily bring in more customers.
I was the only person eating in and there were few collections, which is a shame since it's the best fish and chips I have had in london. I would suggest if they did fish and chips with a drink for £10.50 eat in this place could become a goldmine.
Why? Locally nowhere does good fish that is comparable to here. Nor is it cooked fresh. If the margins allow it this place would close down other competitors.
I wish them good luck in future and hope the food remains as consistent as when in any area of London from now on I will come to this place.
Superb fresh fish & chips cooked to order at prices below its local competitors. Value for money. Friendly & helpful staff. I rate this chippie the best by far in Edgware and its surrounding areas.
Normally get a meal here if I'm staying in local hotel. I have always found that the staff friendly and are happy to advise customers on possible allergy cross contamination. Have never has a bad meal.
The fish and chips are ALWAYS made fresh thus the usual wait for 15-20 minutes. The place is always sparkling clean and the service is excellent. The price is very fair as well all things considered. I have been visiting them for at least the last 4-5 years.
I cannot praise these fish and chips enough, the staff followed my instructions to the letter. Made a very large order that was time critical and everything was done perfectly. Amazing fish and chips 10/10🌟🌟

Not a bad little joint, this one. Straightforward place, straightforward fish 'n chip menu and quite competent.
The only thing that isn't on the menu is scampi - it was explained to us that it's not kosher for the majority of the Green Man's customers.
Whitebait and salmon are available - not something you often see in fish 'n chip restaurants. I tried the salmon grilled. Result was decent enough. If I was going to be fussy, I'd say that maybe a minute or so less under the grill might have given a softer texture, but otherwise it was alright.
Chips usually set like concrete in my stomach for ages afterwards but the Green Man version is not like that - about an hour later, it felt as if I'd never had them. Never experienced that before - might have to try another round to find out how it's done!
Delivered hot and on time very tasty fish and good quality of well cooked chips . Highly recommend.

Every time we eat from here never disappointed it's what you call a proper fish n chips shop the food is delicious and cooked fresh 😋😍highly recommended
