Still fantastic fish n chips shop.
The same team keep the place going with great service and excellent fresh fish.
The matzoh meal coating is our favourite as it (slightly) healthier.

A tasty, good priced chippy. Thanks for the free pickled gherkin and onion. We go in the evenings to avoid congestion and parking restrictions. Definitely worth alternating from our normal go to.

A proper Fish & Chip shop. Ordered plaice and chips, cooked to order, fish was a beautiful golden brown, properly filleted, chips perfect. Staff were lovely and kind. Dinner for three nights. I am rarely in the area, and haven’t visited Booba’s since before the pandemic, but I’ll certainly consider the 80-minute bus round trip again.

Plaice in matzo meal, chips and salad, good value and delicious. Nice touch with complimentary starter of hummous and pita. Pleasant, attentive service. Good to find this top quality fish restaurant round here.

The place feels nice clean and fresh, I ordered goujons and chips the fish is good quality, chips were pretty good, could of been a little less crispy for my choice, but a very enjoyable meal.

This is a really high quality fish and chip restaurant. Everything is cooked fresh to order. If ordering takeaway I suggest you phone your order through. The Haddock was delicious
