Nonna's Kitchen - Edinburgh - Photo album

This is a neighborhood gem! Warmest service, absolutely delicious food, & all of the little things inbetween are done to perfection. I’d eat here every day for the rest of my life if I could.
A lonely Italian with excellent service and great food. Busy and with a good atmosphere. The black pudding and scallops were great. An excellent place to visit.
Good food, great service. Listening to Carmela rattle off the many specials and explain dishes was like hearing a classic story being read by stephen fry - eloquent and full of meaning - she obviously cares about this place and her customers. They catered well for Allergies, and double checked every
Friendly atomsphere, very nice food! Would definitely visit again!
Absolutely delicious food and great service. The food was fresh and very tasty and the staff were friendly and accommodating, we were in a bit of a hurry and they moved up our mains to help us out. The arancini balls were the best I've ever had and my pasta dish was excellent, although I'm not sure
I really enjoyed my meal at this Italian restaurant. For Starters: I had the Scallops with Stornaway Black Pudding. It was perfectly cooked and presentable. Thumbs up to the Chef!!!  Staff where very nice too. A very homely and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely go back and recommend highly.
I took my Mum out for lunch on Sunday 28.09.19. We chose to visit Nonna’s Kitchen for the first time. I can honestly say that our meal was wonderful, all home cooked, generous portions, and totally unrushed . The staff checked continually to ensure that we were enjoying our meal and that they could
It is very rare to find such place in today's world. Perfect homely ambiance, lovely fresh food and home made taste. The staff is very polite and offered exceptional service. The menu was discussed in detail and options were given for tailor made alterations . I can't praise this place more. Perfect
I had the scallops to start, they were quite small however cooked well. The main was gnocchi which I enjoyed. The price of the food is quite high. The toilets were cramped and cold. Restaurant was clean and staff very very friendly. Will come back
I can’t believe how beautiful was the atmosphere! How friendly were the staff! And how family oriented this place is!! I’m still amazed by their hospitality! And the food is on another level, absolutely delicious!!!!! Thank you Nonna’s kitchen team for the best service. We can’t wait to visit you b
We used to visit the Patio in town and now love to go to Nonna's kitchen. The food is not Michelin starred but it's tasty, fresh and homemade. Ordering off the extensive list of specials is always a good bet. The staff are genuine and warm and service is always good, even on a busy Saturday night.
A family business with a professional touch, this cosy little restaurant is perfect for a special occasional, especially if you don't mind being surrounding by other tables that are also celebrating - happy birthday was sang several times throughout our visit. The menu is classic Italian with a huge
We went as a party of 5. The food was fresh and delicious. This family run restaurant had a great atmosphere, the service was friendly and attentive. Reasonably priced. I'll he going back.
Went with a group of 15 for a birthday meal. The food was amazing and service was fantastic! Could not have asked for a better place. Everyone in the party would agree and we'd definitely recommend.
Compact and busy. Well situated. Great menu. Authentic Italian. Simple sounding things taste fabulous. The house wine is terrific. Not a lot of elbow room but isnt that how Italians are supposed to be? In the mood for tasty Italian? I wouldn't walk past it. Seems they can reliably conjour up a table
Had dinner here on a Friday night recently, the food was amazing, we had 2 pizzas and a ravioli, and all were delicious. They also don't skimp on staff numbers, which was especially noticeable on such a busy night, the food was fast and the service great! Definitely worth a try.
I absolutely love this place. The delicious food, the great service and the top-quality wine, make this one of the best restaurants in the Morningside/ Bruntsfield area. But it’s the wonderful atmosphere that makes this place so special. You get the sense of being part of the family. It’s become my
Italian cuisine at it's best. I had the best meal here after being in Edinburgh for several weeks and eating out every night. Every meal is cooked fresh. The staff and owner were really friendly.
