I will always visit this restaurant when in Edinburgh and it really is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and entertaining. I've had a variety of different meals which have all been good. Look out for the specials on the chalkboard. I do feel they can rush you in and out a little by quite literally taking plates away before everyone has finished. This could just be efficiency though and it will not stop me going back again.
Had an absolutely amazing meal last night, Linguine, clams, white wine and cream sauce, black ravioli stuffed with scallop and king prawn with a spicy tomato sauce , and of course had to have Tiramisu and Cannoli for dessert. All served by Pasquale and his lovely staff in a great friendly atmosphere. Pasquale took time out to sit and chat with us. Will define back .
We have been to quite a few restaurants on edinbrugh, mostly Italians, and this is by far the best. This family run place is so wholesome, with the kindest owners and staff. They took the time to chat to us and made us feel so welcome and like honoured guests! On top of how nice everyone was, the food was delicious. We had wild boar and ravioli and king prawns and black ravioli with the house wine. All brilliant, and tiramisu for pudding with a top notch alcohol content! We will definitely be back here and highly suggest you take a visit yourselves
