Cherie Davis ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Fantastic service and good food. Such a lovely spot! Stopped in for lunch and honestly had the best service I’ve had in Edinburgh. My server was so kind and attentive — it just felt really welcoming and relaxed. …
Giulia Capuzzo ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
wonderful place. I've stayed in edinburgh with my boyfriend for 4 days and we went there 3 out of four days. It's the perfect traditional pub for a beer. The food is really great: from soup to burgers to main dishes. The staff is really special, everyone is incredibly kind. 100% recommended
T K. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lovely place. Great atmosphere. Delicious food. The waitress was phenomenal and helped us pick out the right drinks for our meal. Everyone was very nice. We had an amazing evening.
Derek Chambliss ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lively and comfortable pub with great food options. The place was full when we arrived but the staff made room for us and were very welcoming. Most of the clientele seemed to be locals which definitely gave it more of an authentic feel. Food was delivered very quickly, I would certainly recommend checking this place out!

Service - Fantastic! Lovely and friendly. Very welcoming also to strangers and tourists. …
Tami ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I was on soup kick while visiting Edinburgh and The Bailie Bar did the city proud! The soup of the day was Butternut and Coriander with a slice of focaccia. I was worried because butternut can be a bit sweet, but the coriander and hint of red chili balanced it perfectly. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere warm.
