I feel so lucky to find this place. A quiet, cozy and authentic tea experience, this place is an absolute hidden gem. The hostess is like the kindest Scottish gramma, who manages this adorable tea room. Loved the scones. Heartwarming.

Lovely and cosy place!!! I enjoyed their tea, scone and lemon drizzles. Christina is really lovely and I love to chat with her!!! I’ll visit again if I come back to Edinburgh.

Wonderfully quaint tea room, quiet respite from the crowd of tourists on the royal mile. Refreshing tea and a wide selection of snacks and meals including scones, all day breakfast, meat pies salads and more. Christine the proprietor is a lovely woman and makes you feel completely at home.

The snacks and tea are good but the owner might be one of the sweetest women I have ever met. Some of her friends came and they sat and talked while we drank some tea and recharged from the royal mile and they were all entertaining, kind, and just wonderful. Come for an awesome experience, a step away from the tourist madness only a few feet away and a fantastic place to relax and smile.

If you want to have afternoon tea in your Scottish grandmother's house, this is it. The scones are so amazingly good. The tea is fine, the atmosphere is incredibly cozy. Absolutely the best place for a quiet bite on the royal mile.

A quiet and relaxing quaint space just off the royal mile. The lady behind the counter was a lovely lady and it was like visiting your Nan's for tea and cake, both were great. Well worth visiting to recharge before your next assault on the royal mile!

Secluded, lovely little place with cosy and homely vibes. Sandwiches, tea and cakes are all handmade and tasty. It is perfect to chill here with a book and some snacks on a rainy day.

Nice, traditional food at affordable prices. but the real treasure here is the lady running the place, she is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would comeback just for her

Quaint, the owner is the most lovely woman you could imagine; the place feels like a shelter from the busyness outside. Good place for a short respite before more walking.

It is a small and peaceful place. We enjoyed our tea there. They have also some biscuits and cakes that are very special.
