Great spot, Robert greeted us very friendly and welcoming. We had some Mojitos and wings I'd definitely recommend you check this place out.

Chicken burger was quite good and tasty, can't say the same about carnivore burger, that was quite regular.

Tasty food, reasonable price, good service. I had the carnivore burger, which was very filling. Cocktails were mostly ice, which was a bit disappointing - I'd recommend sticking to cider if you want a sweet alcoholic drink.
We decided to come here because it was a little bit out of the way from the centre and quieter. Service was friendly and quick.
I would recommend this place to couples/groups of friends.
If you use Google maps to get there, it can be a bit confusing because it can lead you to a restaurant on the bridge above it! There's some steps around the corner to get down to it from here.

Me and the misses went here on a whim and were not disappointed at all. The food was lovely, well presented and flavourful. The staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. If you are in Edinburgh and want some nice robs and chicken don't hesitate!

Nice boozy cocktails, steak sharing board was also pretty good. Steak seasoning wasn't quite right. Just simple salt and pepper would have been spot on

Really good steak here, quick service and friendly staff. Were happy to make me a cocktail not on the menu. Really good gluten free and dairy free options. Sweet potato fries were delicious!

The Carnivore never disappoints. The chef is amazing and the staff are always really friendly. Pic of meat sharer plus starter bangers and a side of mac&cheese (a must every time)!

With a name like carnivore I expected a menu packed with meaty dishes and while I wasn't disappointed at the meat available I was a little disappointed that the menu wasn't a little more exciting. That being said after ordering one of the sharing platters I wish there had been an extra person at the table as we struggled and ultimately failed to eat the amount of food brought to us. Avoid the cocktails, especially the Iron Man which definitely looks nothing like it's namesake
