The Baked Potato Shop - Edinburgh - Photo album

Baked potato place without meat (vegetarian and vegan). Tried three toppings, they were all delicious (haggis, cheese/onion/pineapple and a spinach/bean salad). The potatoes could have been warmer. The place is quite small, ideal for a quick stop. The ladies were lovely.
This place deserves to be bigger!! Just a little sit-in area, luckily I got a seat by the window. Great service with great food. The baked potatoes are very good size, two and half is standard. In the picture - baked beans, grated cheese and avocado salad 😋 And of course being in Scotland, Irn Bru
Lovely place for a tasty vegetarian or vegan baked potato. The portion is quite good, I picked Greek salad as a topping and it was very nice. The price is affordable and worth it. Also, the staff are friendly and welcoming. Very recommended it! They have a some tables to eat in, however, I decided t
Found this little gem after Googling for something to eat. I love jacket potatoes so decided on a visit. It's a small location and we had ours to take away. From the outside it doesn't look the greatest and also inside looks a bit grubby but trust me don't let that fool you. Menu is very clear and t
we ordered 2 baked potatoes there's no more S or M size only L. 8 £for 2 toppings on potato kinda expensive but it was great haggis and mexican salad(a bit spicy) if no one's counter should ring the bell !
✓ All Vegetarian with Vegan Options I was here late afternoon to try the vegan haggis! I had the small with 1 Filling of Vegan Macsween Haggis [£4.99] and loved it. It is a good portion of potato with heaps of the vegan haggis for the price. The vegan haggis had that aged, deep and savoury flavour
Loved this place so much!! It’s got EVERYTHING student friendly, great view of old town, Vegan food , gluten-free and great customer service!! Definitely will return , Gregor the person who served us, was very generous with portion size and made sure we were happy! Thank you so much for the lovely
Lovely potatoes, all vegetarian or vegan. Rather pricey, but very friendly and helpful staff. Small shop so not a guarantee you'll be able to sit. Definitely recommend the chili + cheese (although slightly spicy!)
A lovely little vegetarian shop to have our lunch. I brought the large potato macsween haggis. The haggis was a surprisingly tasty addition to the potato. It was a great experience, with good hospitality. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a little bite.
Very much worth the visit. It's affordable, the food is tasty, and you get quite big portions, which is grand. The inside has recently been renovated and there's now more seating options than there was before. The staff are also always super pleasant. Highly recommend 👍.
