The coffee is better than anywhere else. The food is overpriced. But at the end of the day you go to a cafe for coffee not food. Worth it.

May seem like just another Pret, but one of the nicest most well run Prets I’ve ever been to. Beautiful, kind and highly skilled team of workers. Esp. the Polish ones!!!

Perfection staff are amazing kind friendly really make u feel at home in Hanover Street pret staff in this branch are above and beyond and they make good strong coffee

Just such a handy place to race into..its always busy but queues move quickly.
Food excellent and fair choice. Staff very patient! One will usually find a seat if wanting to eat in. Specify to serving staff if take away or eat in. I have experienced 3 Pret a Manger in Edinburgh and all good. Kings XLondon excellent bar service take away.

Very regular go by place and a very busy place, coffees are awesome, big fan for fizzy fruit juices and muffins, daily I pass by this place as my job place near to pret a manger why can't I grab a coffee when I'm off to work 😉, staff were very polite and helpful, window side sitting and coffee are the best combo ever experienced in this, shop looks very cozy and you can feel the vibes, I had a coffee previously in this very particular shop and was raining outside was one of the best moments. I strongly recommend this coffee shop as service wise top notch and coffee and foods are very nice overall I like being a pret a manger daily customer, thank you team.

Nice service and customer focus skills I’ve encountered on my visit 04/03 around 2pm. The boy in blue shirt and the blonde girl with an accent M were super nice to us !
