Rather small exhibition, but what a names - the essence of 20th century art. Also admission is free... What to complain about?!

Not impressed if two pieces of string are art then there's something wrong.
Modern Art more like modern junk.
Most pictures won't make it on to my fridge door with the grandkids drawing.
On the plus side stunning building and gardens

Go for the art, cafe and gift shop. All fantastic! The layout of the museum feels a bit cramped between the galleries.

Modern Two is closed. Gallery One is good. Cafe is fine with outdoor seating. Patrons of gift shop are very annoying, beware.

We enjoyed our morning at the Titans of Cinema. The expo was creatively layed out with lots to marvel over and remember from early film, the techniques developed lead to some of the most iconic cinema. I was very pleased to have seen the original Achilles statue from Jason and the Argonauts and a recreation of Rays workshop. The staff are very helpful and happy to help. Would recommend seeing this expo. If you get the chance also see the permanent exhibition across the road but you will need to book even though it's free.
