It's was a fabulous discover! Our hotel was close to this fabulous place and the manager and the team was so kind : they accept us . We discover a fabulous fine meal . The place is very nice , you feel so good in this restaurant. All the team was super kind and it s the place to spend a wonderful time with an excellent menu . All is fine , good and tasty ! And one more thing : you are in a student restaurant and we hope all they can become the future chef of the bests restaurants ;-)

Love this place! 2nd time here and just gets better. Visited with 2 friends who were equally impressed with the variety, quality and presentation of the food. Staff so polite and friendly. Superb value for money and lovely fun atmosphere in the restaurant which has fabulous views over Edinburgh. A real ‘must try’ venue and all helps the students progress 👌😊😊

Superb. The menu was really thoughtful and read well. The whole menu was so well balanced as were the flavours. The sauces were exemplary. Nice helpful students / staff who obviously love their vocation. Greatcto be able to feed back to the kitchen staff. Def going back again.

Myself & husband went to EH15 restaurant today for lunch & it was lovely . We had the 3 courses ravioli to start my husband had the smoked mackerel & both were delicious then we both had the lamb which was just as delicious then our dessert choc mouse & cheesecake again lovely. Thank you to Justin for cooking the lamb to perfection & for him to take time out & come and ask us how our meal was . This doesn’t happen very often so it was a nice finish to our meal .

When you consider what they are doing here, it is quite possibly one of the best restaurants in Edinburgh. Never expensive, always interesting and we're helping train the professionals of tomorrow. Just wish you didn't have to book and that it was open every night.
