Good selection of tapped beer. Service was very friendly. Perfect and fair that they informed us about a longer waiting time for the food before ordering and excused again for the long waiting time. Food was delicious and absolutely worth the longer waiting time
Great, authentic pub! We didn’t have a reservation, but even though it was quite busy, we got a table right away. Of course, we ordered fish and chips and two pints of lager. I’m not usually a beer drinker, but I still found it delicious 🍻

Great wee classic Scottish pub with lots of tables, seats and booths . Eating area upstairs. You cannot book a table on the day you are visiting ( if there is a table free you can have it though). The toilets are clean and tidy.
Delicious food. Thoroughly recommend the haggis fritters and the roast duck from their festive menu. Beautifully presented food. Would definitely go again next time we're in Edinburgh.
