Williams And Johnson - Edinburgh - Photo album

The smell of the coffee they roast can be feeled even from 1 km :) I felt it and came from the main street. The lady has short hair was so nice. I was travelling edinburgh and they are the first people I interacted with. The design of the shop reminded me german y. I ordered batch brew and it was re
No mucking about - this is the best coffee you can get in Leith possibly Edinburgh. Not just that the staff are great really helpful and knowledgeable about what they do. Well worth a visit and yes go for the cookie as well you wont regret it !!
Really nice flat white, good foam, right temperature. Beans were smooth, not bitter or burnt. It was nice to find a great flat white outside of London. I would definitely recommend! A few tables inside, covered tables outside and uncovered tables by bankside.
Stopped here for a quick coffee and snack. My cappuccino was delicious. Nice temperature, smooth flavour and pretty perfect. I also had a nice piece of dark chocolate and hazelnut ganache. It was very tasty. My only small gripe was that it was £7 for the two items. For a small coffee and small bite
This coffee shop is staffed by lovely, friendly people. I felt really welcome and the place is tucked down a cool, cobbled side-street, which made it feel cosy. Most importantly, the batch brew was absolutely delicious.
We really enjoy walking down along the water to the shore. Really like the coffee and service here. You can sit outside and enjoy the weather as an added bonus, if the sun ever shines!
Outstanding modern-style coffee of their own produce. Great pastries and bread from the bakery you can see inside. Fine mix of people from the small businesses in the complex, locals and a few tourists like us that will certainly return there for a doppio and breakfast. One of the finest places to h
A delightful setting that is overshadowed by the quality of the coffee and the preponderance of delightful smells that exude from the roasting and baking that also take place on the premises. It’s really rather unfair how much goodness is packed into this small cranny of Edinburgh.
Wonderful coffees and the employees were especially helpful. We were so surprised that they went above and beyond for us! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Would give this place 6/5 if possible. THE KIMCHI SOURDOUGH BUN?! THE CARDAMOM BUN?!!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! So yummy and to have my tea and pastries with a view of the canal??! Unmatched happiness.
Your friendly neighbourhood coffee shop. It’s not often coffee shops manage to balance speciality coffee with a relaxed and warm atmosphere but W&J have been achieving this since day one. Their pastries are the best kept secret in Edinburgh/Leith; the most delicious flavours worked into perfect past
A lovely little coffee shop to sit in or take away. I recommend getting an almond croissant or almond pain au chocolat if they have any left! They also sell the coffee beans they use and will grind them up for you.
Great spot overall! A rare place in Edinburgh where you can have a high quality espresso. Great service and a beautiful garden.
Delicious coffee, fun community feel, interesting space and lovely people! One of my fave spots in Edinburgh for a cuppa and amble along The Shore.
Amazing coffee, with lots of options to choose from! I definitely recommend picking up a bag to brew at home. Don’t worry if you don’t have a grinder at home as they’ll happily grind your choice of beans for you if you ask. Also, good provisions made for COVID with lots of outside seating available.
Great coffee, plenty of space and laptop friendly! Very nice staff as well
Cool spot down the shore Coffee never disappoints, the baristas take care over your drink. Massive soft spot in my heart for the spicy cheese toastie on sourdough. Elite sandwich. Seating out by the water of Leith is great in the sunshine
Lovely place, well spaced out tables, but, no ventilation- the 2 doors need to be left open. Coffee a bit strong for me, but a fab choc chip cookie. Loads of out side seating as well, which is where we sat.
