Fantastic coffee shop with amazing coffee. Great to relax over breakfast. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Too some beans home yo make just as good coffee too
Thanks to Third Wave Coffee Map by Google we visited this amazing place! Really enjoyed the coffee, people, interior, spot next to the water...love it ♥
The smell of the coffee they roast can be feeled even from 1 km :) I felt it and came from the main street. The lady has short hair was so nice. I was travelling edinburgh and they are the first people I interacted with. The design of the shop reminded me german y. I ordered batch brew and it was really tasty. Thank you for not disaaponting me in terms of service.
No mucking about - this is the best coffee you can get in Leith possibly Edinburgh. Not just that the staff are great really helpful and knowledgeable about what they do. Well worth a visit and yes go for the cookie as well you wont regret it !!
Really nice flat white, good foam, right temperature. Beans were smooth, not bitter or burnt. It was nice to find a great flat white outside of London. I would definitely recommend!
A few tables inside, covered tables outside and uncovered tables by bankside.
Stopped here for a quick coffee and snack. My cappuccino was delicious. Nice temperature, smooth flavour and pretty perfect. I also had a nice piece of dark chocolate and hazelnut ganache. It was very tasty. My only small gripe was that it was £7 for the two items. For a small coffee and small bite size piece of cake. Anyway aside from that, all good.
This coffee shop is staffed by lovely, friendly people. I felt really welcome and the place is tucked down a cool, cobbled side-street, which made it feel cosy. Most importantly, the batch brew was absolutely delicious.
We really enjoy walking down along the water to the shore. Really like the coffee and service here.
You can sit outside and enjoy the weather as an added bonus, if the sun ever shines!
Outstanding modern-style coffee of their own produce. Great pastries and bread from the bakery you can see inside. Fine mix of people from the small businesses in the complex, locals and a few tourists like us that will certainly return there for a doppio and breakfast. One of the finest places to hang around for a coffee in Edinburgh - especially if you can sit outside under the shelter or at the waterfront.
A delightful setting that is overshadowed by the quality of the coffee and the preponderance of delightful smells that exude from the roasting and baking that also take place on the premises. It’s really rather unfair how much goodness is packed into this small cranny of Edinburgh.
Wonderful coffees and the employees were especially helpful. We were so surprised that they went above and beyond for us! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Would give this place 6/5 if possible. THE KIMCHI SOURDOUGH BUN?! THE CARDAMOM BUN?!!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! So yummy and to have my tea and pastries with a view of the canal??! Unmatched happiness.
