Delicious pastries!! I love that the focus is more on "spice" than sweetness. The vanilla raspberry bun had a flavour of what I believe is cardamom which was lovely. I could've eaten 100 of the banana walnut cake slices. It was so moist and had nice bits of banana

Went to this cafe during my visit to Edinburgh. Cosy interior with great coffee and bakery items. Tasted their cookies, were really good. Also, tried brownie in dessert and cheese scone in savoury. Really good taste 😊

beautiful atmosphere, really friendly barista and loved hearing veronica maggio playing - this desert was delicious so i'll be making sure to visit more often!
i was actually having a rather bad day and this cafe just brightened up my mood, i felt so comfortable and the coffee was delicious and locally roasted.

Lovely bakery shop. I’ve got the cinnamon bun and sourdough toast. Both were fresh and tasty. I’ve got also flat white with oat milk. I highly recommend visiting this shop
One of my most favourite cafes in Edinburgh. Good coffee with excellent buns and cakes. Soup at lunchtime is reliably good. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Only drawbacks - not enough seats and no toilets

I was really looking forward to go to Söderberg café after seeing the yummy pictures on Instagram. We had a fantastic Laxröra baguette och a pastrami & Gruyère sandwich. And a very tasty Kardemummabulle for pudding. Very glad to have visited and I would highly recommend to for other to visit for a sit in or take away fika 😍

Had a sandwich, banana square and a raspberry cinnamon bun thing. All were excellent, but the banana square was to die for. Their breads were also excellent.

Good coffee and hot chocolate. Has always had limited choice when I have been in the afternoons. Service is friendly enough. Not many tables/seating considering the size of the shop.

Edinburgh has a lot of places to go and grab a coffee and a cake. But Söderberg is definitely one of the best. This store in particular is really nice, the staff were engaging and nice. The coffee and selection of pastries and other food was excellent for such a small store. The only downside to this store is that they don't have cups for you sitting in due to the small size of the store it is understandable and it reminds me to take my own reusable cup with me anyway.

Great swedish style offerings with delicious baked goods and cold sandwiches. They also have a gelato/ice cream selection available and coffee. The cardamom rolls were some of the best I have had, with a stronger cardamom flavor than I can usually find.
