New Hopetoun Gardens Orangery Tearoom - Edinburgh - Photo album

Amazing place to visit. It is a big garden centre with a farm shop selling locally produced meat and produce, but the mature grounds of the garden centre are landscaped and include some amazing artistic exhibits. Some exhibits can be purchased. Many are built into the landscaping, like the amazing
Stopped in for lunch good food nice staff nice location not to busy great garden centre and shop would be nice in the summer.
Highly recommended! Brought my mum through from Glasgow and she loved it. Huge range of plants, must be the biggest in Scotland. Cafe was lovely too, I had the lemon drizzle and it was absolutely delicious, I was tempted to ask for the recipe. Shop was fab, I'll definitely come back for Christmas pr

Amazingly set gardens and good variety of plants. Not very budget friendly but all things garden usually aren't so was expecting it. Staff was friendly and the café is adorable. Toilets sparkling clean and the whole place felt very safe covid wise. Would definitely recommend even for a browse .

It is good for buying plants and it's nice to sit outside and have lunch, Hopetoun is a very old historic place the owners are extremely wealthy, they owned the land when there wasn't any oil and there's tips of burnt shale all around where I stay, but of course not never the ancient house where the
My flat is very bare of anything plantlike so I wanted to get a couple of plants - I was really pleased that there were a lot of plants in very small pots and between £2+ and £3+ which meant i could get half a dozen- which are looking fantastic along my mantlepiece. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Wide range of plants for every garden and excellently laid out! Got the perfect new Bird Bath for our Garden and then a lovely lunch as a treat from my Husband. From first glimpses, I don't think there is anything you can't get for your Garden. Already planning a return trip!
Good range of plants, nice shop and the cafe has some tasty soup, salads, quiche and cheesy pasta options. Great to sit outside with a coffee and take in the garden.
I love this place. The café serves great food at a reasonable price, and the staff are always friendly. The little garden areas with art pieces are lovely to walk about in. They have a really good range of products. It's my favourite garden centre in the area.
Lovely cafe and garden center, lots of lovely plants and pots.
Excellent garden centre with a large selection of plants and a fine café. The plants are a little more expensive than others in the area but the range and quality make it we'll worth the trip. Also check out the large Klondike garden centre in nearby Polmont.
