Well placed hotel..nice rooms friendly staff..had a pizza in the lounge with a decent glass of merlot ..very dog friendly..buffet style hot and cold breakfast is well stocked and the staff keep it clean and organised

The staff greeted me in a welcoming friendly manner. Coffee was good as per any Nero. There is plenty of seating but this one can sometimes be busy depending on the time you go.
Update: Toilet facilities were lacking on my recent visit. Urinal out of order and hand dryer did not work. Service was still quick and friendly.

I would highly recommend Caffè Nero to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a delicious bite to eat. The coffee is excellent, the food is tasty, and the atmosphere is inviting. I have never been disappointed with my experience at Caffè Nero.

First time in this establishment, love that it is so spacious with lots of tables and a variety of seats to accommodate all tastes/preferences... fantastic location as the bus stops are not too far from the door... treated myself to the white chocolate and raspberry roulade, I've had my eye on it a while, it was more scrumptious than I'd imagined!!
