I just popped in for a sit down Coffee (as we often do on our irregular trips to Ocean Terminal)... so not commenting on food as I didn't have any but... and forgive me for not doing this on previous visits... I felt it about time I should give praise where praise is due... service was exemplary. I'm currently on crutches and Don behind the counter was so helpful and courteous in saying "Sit down, get comfortable and I'll bring your coffee out when ready". Really appreciated.

We go to the OT Costa quite frequently and the staff are genuinely very friendlyand work very well together, I think this is more about a service policy. I was a bit disappointed the last time we visited, I asked my 10yr old to go in, order and pay for a specific drink for him and a friend as a treat. He came back with drinks saying that the man had said for just 40p each he could get a larger drink, which he went for. My son saw it as a deal but I was not impressed with the up-sell Costa.

Coffee time at Costa, Friday 28th April- serviced quickly by an easy going smiley friendly guy ( nice customer service skills) and when seated his colleague (older lady) offered to clear and wipe my table in a very friendly manner 😃 and proceeded to wipe down all tables regardless of whether they needed it- nice ambience- and very great service from both servers 😃😃😃😃- a very pleasant experience

I went for my booster on the way out of the Omni center I bought a coffee it was very cold outside. It was nearly five pounds for a flat white. I think it's very expensive.
