Always a lovely friendly place to pop in for food anytime of the day, love coming here with my girls feel I don’t get watched or judged on how much noise they are or aren’t making depending on the mood they are in! Staff always happy and serve with a smile (they even help me entertain my children if needed!) Great family place to eat. Highly recommend 👍🏼 Thanks to all the staff who work in the gyle restaurant for making us feel welcome every time we come in.

I went to Frankie & Benny's for Saturday breakfast. When we first entered the restaurant, we were kind of just standing there along with other people waiting for a table. There was a group of waiters all chatting in the corner. The manager then went over to all of them and shouted 'stop talking!' Which was kind of awkward. We were taken to our table by a waiter called Paolo, he was really sweet. I ordered pancakes and bacon with maple syrup and some tea. The tea came quickly and was just hot water with a tea bag at the side - which I liked as I like my tea pretty strong. The food came quickly and was absolutely delicious, I really can't fault it at all. I am actually making myself so hungry right now thinking about it! :| the service Paolo provided was great, he was so lovely and patient. I made the manager aware how great Paolo was & I really hope he lets him know! I really want to go to for pancakes again today ;(
Had some lunch here yesterday with my mum and gran. We were warmly welcoming by a cheery looking waiter who informed us that he would have a table ready in 5 mins if we wanted to get a drink at the bar while we waiting. This wasn't a problem and within a couple of minutes of us ordering our drinks he was back over to tell us our table was ready. I've been to this F&B's before during a busy breakfast and the service wasn't that great but this time they were on the ball. They have a great deal on at the moment which was 2 courses for £9.45 - Bargain! The menu had quite a lot to choose from as well. I opted for the chicken strips to start which came with a delicious dipping sauce then had the BBQ chicken wrap which was also good. Total bill came to just under £30 for three of us including a few drinks. Really enjoyed my second visit to this F&B's
My favourite place for breakfast ever! Literally got so excited when my sister agreed to a big breakfast! £5 breakfast (minus drinks) what a bargain! As much as I love my food I find it hard to empty my plate :( but breakfast at frankieBs is when you'll find my plate clear! Trying to sell the menu to my sister wasn't hard at all! Just brought up the zomato app and within a few seconds it was available, whilst my sister was still loading the f&b website on her phone.
I got myself a vegetarian breakfast! They've changed it slightly from last time I went only a few weeks ago, before you had to order toast as extra, now a buttered warm muffin is included! The hash browns were also different now in smaller cut up sizes.
My sister ordered from the luxury breakfast range which was the Eggs royal! Looked so mouth watering! She says she'll be back for breakfast always now!
Entering we were greated by John, who quickly seated us. Drinks immediately followed and then it was down to ordering food. I went for the BBQ chicken starter and my wife chose the Mini Sliders. They looked and tasted fab, 3 little burgers, a cod & crab, chicken and a beef. Then we had two great mains. Throughout our time in F&B's John was fantastic, checking in to make sure we were happy. How good us it when service and food is excellent? It's 5*****
If you are hungry then this is the place to be! Awesome food with free refills. Four stars because my potatoes were cold but with free refills that wasn't a big problem.
Family meal of 11, good service, good food, can't complain, Frankie and Bennies is one of our fav places to eat 👍
Love the friendly waiters and barmen always smiling and happy to help. Very friendly service. Food is delicious congratulations to the chefs. Always learn something new in Italian after use the toilets puts a smile on my face dunno why. The Music is great. The only downside is the music volume is too loud so all the customers have to speak loud and at the end is to much noise.
We were there on Sunday evening 2/1/20. Magda our server was absolutely fantastic. Perfect service with a smile, very professional and helpful. Would check up on us several time throughout the kids meal. Staff certainly make the restaurant and the atmosphere. The kitchen staff are just as equally pleasant and funny.
Strongly recommend this place. Cannot say enough good things about Magda, outstanding service, very pleasant and accommodating.

Went for a quiet breakfast waiting on our car repair. The restaurant was warm and welcoming. The manager was very friendly and the server was attentive but not in your face which is nice. She was really good with other tables who had kids too. The breakfast was hot and fresh looked really appetising. A must visit if your over this way, and if your not then make the trip!

Came here with family, and food was good with quick service. Afterwards had an amazing latte, Our server Monika was quick and very friendly. The manager on shift was quick to seat us when we came into the building. Amazing experience guys!
Had to wait for some time to be seated due to being short staffed. Three people in front of me walked out. Glad I stayed. Good service, good food and nice background music at a nice volume to listen to in the background. Could eat and talk without shouting at each other. Definitely go to one again.
Food was good. Service was excellent. Wasnt to busy when we were there so cant really tell if it would be different if they were ran off their feet but the girl that was serving was very attentive and friendly. Didn't cost too much either as we had a Thursday deal. All in all a good experience and will go back.
