Food amazing , decor great , staff brilliant , what more can you want .Some chums and I meet there regularly for lunch which is also great value too . Can't fault the place in any way

Stunning Indian food can be tasted here , nonveg starters are a delight if you are Indian , ambience and service is good , you get drinks and you can see some crowds here enjoying the food .

The Spice Lounge Kitchen is probably the only Indian restaurant I've enjoyed. Not that I've been to very many, but this is one I would heartily recommend to friends and family who appreciate good customer service along with good food. The staff are very friendly and welcoming every time we walk through the door.
The restaurant opened in 2012 and with a modern decor is warm and welcoming. The menu is notated with chilli leaves to give you an indication of how spicy the dishes are. With each visit, we've ordered different dishes and have been impressed with the food each time. With just the starter and the main course, we're usually satisfied and filled and are never able to find enough space for dessert. Sometimes restaurants have trouble giving you a good indication of how much spice is used in their dishes, but you can trust that if you have trouble handling spice (like I do) or have special dietary requirements (like being vegan), just let the staff know and they'll be more than happy to accommodate you.
Nice big restaurant and bar area and love the modern feel and decor. The food was nice albeit different to what I'm used to but still liked it. Service was a bit lackluster but we did get there late and the restaurant was pretty empty hence not much atmosphere and the waiters were more concerned about cleaning and setting up for the next day. Still I enjoyed it and would come back again.

We got looked after well by Lohit and Tandoori platter was top notch and naan bread was great too. Samosas and paneer tikka starters were delightfully presented and tasted amazing 🤩

Food was delicious, everything was served well in great authentic crockery which I enjoy, quite quirky glasses which was fun for the cocktails. Everything was so tasty and arrived at the same time for everyone who was eating, nan bread was my favorite, portion sizes are just right not too much or too little for per person. Even tried the dessert I had the mango raspberry sorbet and was just perfect after a curry meal great palette cleanser. Great experience loved this restaurant since I first went about 3 years ago precovid and is still as good as it was back then, very chilled atmosphere, pretty decor inside and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Had a great experience over there. Classy Indian food with indian Chinese snacks. Service was also great. Made our vacation awesome.

This time straight to menu we had. Delicious 😋 and yummy dishes! Fantastic fluffy, crispy, soft Butter Naan, Tasty and spicy 🌶 King Prawns curry, South Indian Chicken Curry.
Loved their amazing signature Egg Fried Rice! So hot and Spicy 🌶. The chicken biriyani and the raitha was feast to taste buds!
Cost is bit on the premium side so is with every other Indian restaurants in Edinburgh! It’s worth paying for good food!
Really good Indian food. Decided to try it it out since it’s near to where I live and was pleasantly surprised . Loved their tandoori items so much that I ordered them twice. Service was a little slow but thats okay.

A luncheon invite but a pleasant spot. perfect service. Food good but not well patronized at lunch. Evening may be more lively tho all good on our holiday from Cape Town David Mcgraw
Excellent Indian restaurant! If you’re looking for authentic Indian food with generous portions that are reasonably priced, look no further. We loved our food so much, we ate here both nights we were in Edinburgh. Desi cooking at its finest!
