Excellent. I have been using this take away since I moved into this area as a student 25 years ago,
In the many years that have passed between then & now I have had many an enjoyable meal
Its just what you need in a local take away,

1 Good food at reasonable prices,
2 Friendly & helpfull staff

My go to takeaway. Really good vegetarian options (the salt and pepper tofu is incredible) and generous portions which are great for sharing. I love the range of noodle dishes. I usually order direct from their website

Great vegan options and generous portions. Best salt and chilli tofu I've had in Edinburgh! My go-to Chinese takeaway as they're so reliable and everything tastes super fresh and very well cooked.

I’ve ordered a few times from Hung Fung now and enjoyed the food each time. I’m quite picky and they’ve been consistently good! My new go to Chinese in the local area.

Reviews below surprise me. Our favourite Chinese in Edinburgh. Every meal we have tried has been absolutely superb. Never had any problems with delivery drivers or ordering. Tried a few places before settling on this Chinese. No reason for us to try other places as this place surpasses our expectations every time. Just eat reviews seem more accurate in our opinion with 5.6 out of 6

Very Polite. Curry good but not super, nice portion. Rice reasonable. Spring rolls duck slightly overdone but they were very tasty, so can't complain. I will revisit though because looks very clean and that's important.

Went in tonight and guy taking order was great. Chatty and friendly. Not being funny but can't remember having a conversation anywhere else while waiting for my order. Food was excellent too.
