I was attended with good and professional manners by the staff. Very clean retailer including toilets.
There's plenty of seats inside. Coffee is always good food is fresh and rhe ambient is welcoming for families to have a lovely and relaxing meal.
Staff were superb despite being exceptionally busy. Coffee and food met the usual high standards.
Most of my experiences have been with Costa Coffee in Kirkcaldy, where, in my opinion the coffee was very poor, and I always drank tea or chocolate when there. Very pleased to say that the coffee at Craigleith, Edinburgh was very good and I will certainly be back and will always have their coffee. Big tick✔️
What can we say about Costa huge chain coffee shop. Guaranteed to have the same coffee same cakes and same high prices where ever you go. So if your hankering for your quick fix of caffeine and don't mind paying the price is totally recommend them .
Nice relaxing Sunday morning trip
Served quickly , tables available inside, only 3 staff on so some tables not it use had cups, trays etc people were finished with on them but as only a few staff and customers wanting takeaway as well as sit in they didn't have a lot of time to clear tables.
Also the track and trace logged me in at Costa in Tillicoutry!! I've never been there so will have to hope no one tests positive there!
Even though they were short staff they we're quick with you're order and polite very helpful
