On visiting a VERY busy Burger King in Edinburgh airport. I was having a problem ordering from the self service. I asked for some help and received the best customer service I have experienced in a long time from a fantastic and very helpful guy called Jamie. He knew exactly what to do and made my Burger King experience a very memorable one. Well done that guy.

Would have given 5 but gave 4 stars because of the extortionate prices. Otherwise, great service. Emily and Chloe were very nice and friendly, helping us with the drinks machine and sauces. Great tasting food!
Jamie the shift manager was my server today as I needed some changes on a veggie meal. He jumped on for me and was very attentive and friendly and added a personal touch rather than machine ordering. Thank you !
There was a young male named Jason on the shop floor who was doing a sterling job of keeping the restaurant clean and tidy, being extremely helpful with the additional instructions I had asked for regarding my food. the part that impacted my experience was when I heard a supervisor or manager lean over the counter and say to Jason “I still need two more reviews off of you today”. This is not something I want to hear as a customer nor believe that I am being asked so that I make up numbers. For Jason I’d feedback that he was attentive, took pride in his work, was polite and friendly and very helpful. For the supervisor or manager, think of your audience and what and how you speak to your staff!
Had a great experience at my first time at Burger King. The food was delicious and the staff was very supportive with recommendations which I absolutely loved! One staff in particular called Simon assisted me and helped me a lot. Overall, had a great experience... I will definitely visit again!

The staff was amazing and the food came out quickly. Not much more you can ask from airport food. They kept the dinning area clean. I would recommend eating here if you need something quick!

Jamie had great customer service today! Helped me with my order at such an extra time in the morning, was very pleasant and kind, if everyone in Burger King could be like Jamie they would be the #1 fast food restaurant in the world
