This is the first time I have ordered from Robertos and when my food arrived it was minus the chips. I called the shop right away and was told they would send a driver out straight away with the rest of our order I waited 25mins before it arrived, but apart from this minor mistake the food was lovely and it hasn’t put me off ordering again from robertos that’s why I only gave it 4 stars.

Update on my previous experience. The owner tried to contact me right away trying to deal with my experience but unfortunately I missed the call and only hear the voicemail 2 weeks later, today actually. The owner was very willing to hear more and trying to help. So he showed a great customer service, sounded very polite and friendly and cannot get over at how good the food was! Very nice and crispy batter and the fish was sublime. Worth living around the delivery range just so you can order from here. Thank you

Gorgeous food, generous portions and always arrived on time and very quickly due to the distance and also still hot!
Whoever made that macaroni cheese give them compliments because it was absolutely tasty and cheesy with garlic but also so filling that I wish I never got chips with it haha, definitely going to become a regular for me.

Order a few times over the month, vegetarian pasta is lovely, fish suppers have been good, but have had the occasional dry one, kids love it .

I accidently put wrong details in the just eat app 😂 so never received my delivery yesterday but when I phoned the next day the guy I spoke to couldn't off been any nicer towards me and it's being delivered free of charge tonight. Use this one every time I fancy a chippy and definitely is the best one around my area.

Ordered a baked potato with cheese and coleslaw online and it is by far the best baked potato I have had in a very long time. Cooked perfectly and the coleslaw was lovely and creamy. Staff nice and friendly on the phone also. I could have sat and spoken to the woman for absolute ages! Defo will be back and recommend!
