One of the best introductions to the world of Chinese tea, and the various methods of brewing all the different types available. Would definitely recommend making an appointment and enjoy a tasting! Heddy is the perfect hostess, who bears extensive knowledge due to spending a lot of time in China meeting growers and producers and ensuring the products sourced are of very high quality. A good selection of teas and tea making equipment is also available for purchase although there was no pressure to buy!
