I always find it better to shop early morning or late at night when it is less busy. Variety of selections , although did notice some of the staff not wearing their masks properly in store. Otherwise no issues.

Diabolical customer service on scan and go. Myself and another customer waited over 5 mins for an assistant to check our shopping as no staff in the area... OK I can understand things happen but maybe Janet should have said sorry for the delay. A simple apology goes miles

The new revamped customer services area and restaurants are pretty good upgrade to the store but the main store aisles are simply too narrow, especially at the freezer cabinets. Causes too much aggravation.

Groceries ok, but worst place to buy cigarettes and tobaco. If my gf told me to buy tobaco they told me that they can't answer question what is on list and if its just normal tobaco for cigarettes, except of showing me list she refused any help with finding out what on list is tobaco for cigarettes and in result she sold me wrong one: something for e-cigarettes I guess. In result: waste of money and tobaco addict on withdrawal symptoms.

The Biggest ASDA in Edinburgh. They offer a wide variety of products at competitive prices while being well stocked. I am particularly satisfied with the fact that they offer good healthy food options. The staff is very helpful and I usually find someone to help me out quickly. Their delivery service works great and so does their click and collect service. Very accessible, many bus lines passing by or even right in front of the entrance.

Absolutely shocking the pick up… last week I waited 25 mins for an Uber eats order. Today 45mins, after being told 5/10 mins. Tell me up front so I can go on and do something else, I’m self employed. If I’m Not driving im not earning. Wee tip we don’t get paid to wait. Only put the order out of its ready! Apparently Uber eats orders are not priority over the click and collect. Put more staff on picking Or do what Sainsbury’s do, put the order out once it’s bagged and good to go. Need to sort out their Uber eats
