Best pad Thai I’ve had in years, including ones I have had in Thailand. Only in Edinburgh 3 nights and ended up ordering a (very fast) delivery 2 of those nights.

We lived in Thailand for 20 years. Been back in Scotland for less than 2. This was the first Thai take away we've had here that tasted like proper Thai food. A real wee gem in Granton!
