I never normally leave reviews but wanted to because my experience here was so wonderful! We had such a warm welcome from the lady who served us, she made us the most delicious, fresh breakfast rolls (the "festival"), great coffees and the most delicious gooey peanut butter brownie. Reasonably priced too, which feels unusual these days. It's a lovely bright space with good vibes. One table if you wanted to sit in....but perfect to takeaway and sit on the beach. Just lovely, I'll definitely be back. ❤️

I was welcomed like a friend into the sweet bosom of gogo beets, and not the heinous southerner I am.
I ordered the haggis sandwich and I gobbled it down like a hungry gremlin and wished for more. However, to order another seemed excessive. So I settled on promising myself I'd come back another day to chase the vegan haggis.

Go Go Beets is my favourite cafe in the whole of Edinburgh! I don’t live in Portobello so I make a special trip there whenever I want to visit. The coffee is so good and every food item I’ve ordered has been completely delicious, the Rock and Roll hot filled roll especially. The owners are absolutely lovely people with great chat too.

I love Go Go Beets! It is one of my favorite spots in Edinburgh. The owners are so friendly, and the food is delish! I always get the vegan, gluten-free Hungry Haggis roll 😋 and whatever gluten-free and vegan pastry they have. There is a wee window seat for enjoying the goodies.

A vegetarian takeaway shop in the centre of Portobello with a good variety of options. I tried the cream cheese and kimchi sandwich and the spicy lentil soup with croutons, both were excellent, especially the soup. Also a decaff latte which had a good strong rounded flavour. Highly recommended. It has one small table where I was lucky to nab a seat for a little while. It seems like a friendly place
