Fettle puts me in fine fettle several times a week! Amazing, friendly staff who make great extra hot flat whites and lattes for me. I also get the takeaway (home made) sweet potato and coconut soup and rosemary focaccia, a wholesome budget lunch right there! I’m regular enough to benefit from frequent user free coffees with the squid app. Occasionally, I go wild and order home made salted caramel millionaire shortbread. Sit in or take out, rain or shine - my go to!

Fettle has become me and the girls regular for coffee and a cake as well as our healthy lunch spot. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Great outdoor seats that had the sun both morning and later in the day. 10/10

A great little brunch place with good vegetarian options available. Just happened to walk by and saw their alfresco seats in the sun, so I stopped in. What a find! I had their green juice and falafel bowl and both were fabulous. The salad was exactly what I was in need of, packed with vegetables and made more delicious with the falafel and dressing in it. Expect friendly service with a smile here. Definitely make it a stop, if you're in the area.

Popped into Fettle last week to escape the crowds. Was not disappointed. My daughter had the chicken, bacon and avocado focaccia, which she described as 'yummy'. I opted for the beetroot salmon bowl- delicious. The staff were both welcoming and efficient. Definitely worth a visit. We shall definitely return.

Was working out of Quarter-mile for a couple of days and was told to try Fettle. I wasn't disappointed - the focaccia was superb and tremendous value for money. My boss went there the next day after seeing it and came back raving too. Definitely a place to go....and next time, I'll eat in and savour the atmosphere!

Amazing sandwiches! The bread is special and delicious, plus I love the salty taste of sandwich. Their price is also reasonable, but don't understand why there is £2 difference between sit-in and take away.

Clean, delicious, fast, and well priced. More expensive to sit in but a nice setting. Loved the falafel focaccia

Finally a place to get salad bowls in Edinburgh, I could cry. I got the beetroot cured salmon salad, and it was quite good. They also do fresh squeezed orange juice!

Wide choice of food and it is fresh and delicious. However its a bit awkwardly quiet with no music and very softy spoken staff. The homemade focaccia is fantastic and fresh cakes turning over throughout the day

Absolutely the best place for Focaccia I’ve been to in Edinburgh. The selection of focaccia sandwiches is vast. Lots to choose from, and some wonderful sounding combinations too. Plus the options for salads of bread isn’t your thing. The coffee was rich. I enjoyed it however it was quite a unique blend. The Sandwiches were freshly made and the perfect balance of soft inside, and a crispy, tasty crust. Not too oily and the perfect amount of salt and rosemary on top. The price was around £8 eat inside (around £5 to take away per sandwich) so not really viable for everyday lunch if you’re eating in (unless you’re on a great salary). The toilets were the only letdown. They weren’t the worst I’ve ever seen by any stretch, however there was no soap available. Will definitely come here again. Now one of my favourites. Thank you for the great food!
